My husband, Derrell & I reside in
Ackerly, a small farm community in Texas. My husband is
a cotton farmer, I have just retired from the Cotton Division
of USDA and have been raising and breeding the little
“cotton” dogs now for about 9 years. So we
are “cotton” all the way!
Our first dogs are now retired. Our dogs now, are mostly
ones that we have bred. The foundation of my line rests
mostly in Louxor du Domaine de LaRouviere, who is now
deceased. We have had many beautiful males and females
from his bloodline. He came to us from Micky Ceriez of
Woodland Cottage fame and was bred by Frederique Haberbusch.
His sire was the famous Irving Jazz.
We have strived, from the beginning to breed a better
coton, using the FCI standard as our guide. We highly
advocate OFA health testing. Our goal is health, temperament,
and beauty. Our breeding program is reflected in the many
dogs that we have championed through the years.
